I am currently 17. Can I book a greeter?
If you are under 20 years old, please find an adult person who is 20 years old or above to accompany you.
How much does it cost to use this service?
Our greeter services are totally free of charge and no tips are necessary.
We are a group of 10 people, and can we request a greeter?
TOKYO GREETERS cannot serve groups larger than 6 people. Sorry, we cannot serve larger groups that have been divided into smaller groups. A visit can be up to 6 people including children and adult.
What language do greeters?
Currently, we have English, Italian, French, Spanish, Korean, and Japanese speaking greeters. However, the
availability of greeters who speak these languages other than English or Japanese is limited.
Can I request a greeter for weekdays?
Yes, you can. However, we'd recommend booking a greeter for weekends or Japanese holidays, as more greeters are available on weekends and holidays.
For how many days can I request a greeter?
You may request a greeter for one day and an alternative day. However, we cannot guarantee the availability of a greeter for either of the days that you
request.
When should I request a greeter?
Please submit your request at least 2 to 3 weeks before arriving in Tokyo.
